Girl, you got me in tears over here! 🥲This has definitely been an emotional journey. My husband just looked at me and said can you stop you don't even cry that much forme. Lol, men. He did the Detox with us and believe me it was not easy for him as well. I feel like we as a community need to do something else next. But I'm not sure what.😘🥰

So happy for you! I was shocked myself when I put on a shirt today that I normally would wear a waist trainer with but no need for me to wear those uncomfortable waist trainers anymore.💃🏾

😍🥰Keep pushing we are almost there. I feel your pain, I'm cramping like a bitch on my cycle and I don't get cramps bad like this. The last time I had cramps this bad was b4 I had kids, so I don't know what's going on with my body. After the rain, the rainbow 🌈 comes out! We got this.
