So I was a lii bit tipsy last night and in and out of sleep but was it just me or was Tasha promoting crack 🤦🏾‍♀️😂😂

Day 7-11 Don't judge me for the granola in the Acai bowl, but Tasha was right it made my brain crazy unless that was just me being my normal crazy self on top of not eating like normal. 😜Where you see double it was for hubby as well.

My current mood

Day 2-6 forgot to take a pic last night of the whiting fish and veggies 🥗 I cooked. Don’t judge me for the nuts. I know they had a lot of salt and seasonings on them lol that was like day 2 .

Day one Had a homemade smoothie for brunch then chicken salad for lunch, steak 🥩🤦🏽‍♀️and veggies for dinner, crammed in fruit after dinner.

About last night 🍷🤩🥰😍💃🏻Tasha is so Beautiful in person,silky skin 😍I was star struck. We had such a wonderful time.

My goal was to lose my stomach & live an overall healthy lifestyle. Well, this journey has taught me so much. My waist was 37 1/2 and so far I'm down to 34 1/2. I had been 100 doing sit-ups along with my regular workouts over the course of 2 / 3 days a week for about a year & never saw these results. I would not leave the house without my waist trainer. The other day I put on a fitted shirt and needed no waist trainer. I want to kiss 😘 Tasha & the winos! This has truly been a life-changing journey for not just me but my husband as well. We were mean to each other during this process. He was cussing poor Tasha out. This was a test & we came out even stronger. What kept him going was when our family & friends that haven't seen him in a while gave him compliments on how much weight he lost. He started out at 260 waist was 51 1/2 now he's 237 waist is 46 1/2. I'm not going back to smoking weed. My skin is soft like a baby, and my lips are turning back pink. My husband decided to continue smoking during the detox. He did cut it in half and did not continue when he ran out lol. Let me end this long ass scripture by saying something from a plaque my aunt left me. Some people come into our lives & quickly go. Some stay for a while & leave footprints 👣 on our hearts ❤️ ❤️ & we are never the same. That's how I feel about Tasha & the wino Gang Gang Gang! 🥲🥰😍💃🏾❤️

This was a great idea I got from one of the ladies in the community to clean my fruit. I added apple cider vinegar to the water. I normally would just wash the fruit off. Ignore the Orange juice in my cart I'm thinking Tasha said no orange juice because of the acid. This was on day 8 when I had to go back to the store.

I had them add oats. It was a detox smoothie so no added sugar.
