😆😘Keep up the good work. I was shocked I lost two inches off my waist the last time I checked my measurements at the beginning of this week. I have been working on losing my tummy for a while now and have never seen results this quickly.

Yes, I'm still going strong! I worked out today. I missed two workouts at the beginning. Had an event at my son's school where they had a box of my favorite sugar cookies but I stayed strong.

Mrs Everything ✌🏾😍 absolutely a compliment! I try to eat healthy but fall short at times. This Detox has changed my life for the better, teaching me how to eat more healthy. My fruits and carrots drink that I broke my fast with at 10 am this morning was good just a little bitter.

I took my daughter to burger 🍔 king after her dentist appointment she held a salty French fry 🍟 in my face and tried to get me to eat it. But I stayed strong.
