This is wild to me. Jocelyn dad keeps claming his daughter was victim is FK insane! Guess they still need to use R Kelly name to get checks. I do not believe all the alleged victims were victims. Some of those parents had hands in wanting stardom for their daughters and sold them for money until the money stop coming to them.
