Tattooed tears only have the murderer meaning in movies. Realistically its the soft guys who run around with street dudes and want to portray an image that they're hard. I bet when he gets in front of a judge and jury in real life, he'll regret those tattoos just like that interview. If he's smart he'll get them removed before court because that'll be one of the things that hang him. Because in reality its guilty until proven innocent and not vice versa.
