And the fungi ban is due to allergies. But if there are natural herb protein powders I don't think that should be an issue. It just can't be anything my body has to break down itself basically. Or maybe I should just stick to tinctures, but my stomach is not having it!

Thanks for responding Peaches. I looked up the instructions and it doesn't say that I can't and they're very specific. The only thing I can't have in it is anything having to do with fungi, like mushrooms. You have a good one to suggest because a sista is tired of hearing the snap back growl her stomach is giving! 🤣 Thanks again.
