Skin Deep Ii meant I didn't tell anyone my quit date. But after 2 weeks I screamed it to anyone who would listen. I started to invest in a bull horn so everybody could hear me. 🤣🤣 People just kept working my nerves back then telling me to quit every 5 mins. Stress was my trigger to smoke so I told everyone to be quiet. 3 months later I gave myself an early Christmas present! It was the "don't try to push me around" Pisces in me...My time at my pace. I still have 5 cigarettes in a ziploc bag somewhere so that I can prove to myself that just because I had them, I didn't have to smoke.

Congratulations and welcome to the smoke free club. I quit smoking 12/6/2023 and didn’t look back. I didn’t tell anyone either. I just went through my house and washed everything that I could and started aromatherapy. I’m proud of you 👍🏾🍷
