However, given the increased awareness of how autism spectrum disorder (ASD) presents in people of color, he might receive a diagnosis now. I think he shows classic symptoms of autism, and I'm not trying to be rude. I've been doing a lot of research on autism in adults, especially since I found out that I'm on the spectrum too. Whether he is diagnosed or not, I find it fascinating. Autism can manifest differently in every individual. At first, I thought he might be pretending, but then I realized that's just who he is! 😂 Additionally, autism is genetic, so he likely inherited it from one of his parents, possibly his mother.

For him to be highly intelligent, how does he not know he’s on a spectrum or how his autism presents? Autism spectrum disorder level one is essentially Asperger’s. Meaning not lacking or highly intelligent. He just described it himself about himself.
