About our fast…. When it’s time to break it, do you ladies think it makes sense to do the fast backwards? That way we are slowly re-introducing foods in the same order. Just make it a point to make healthy decisions. I don’t know. Just thinking. What are yall doing on day 15?

She may just have the right contact there that gets it done. That would likely be most valuable. Then if something else happens you have access and don’t have to wait on her.

Congratulations to your Dad!!! That’s amazing! I have a friend who’s Mom was recently diagnosed. I’m going to share this for inspiration and hope. ❤️🍷

Grand rising Queens. Day 11. We got this.

Lots of water tea/coffee to get through the work day. For me room temp water is easier. Cold is refreshing only when I’m hot.

Stay busy and stay productive. When you are stressed, not candy or snacks. Take a walk outside around your building. Or dip into an empty office or the restroom and bust out 10 squats. If you got it in you, do it every hour!! You will feel your power and your strength ignite! If you absolutely must must cheat, then just make it with fruit only! It processes in the digestive system fast.

Happy to share what I’ve learned and done along the way. Would love to hear some tips too.

My love people literally get their energy from stealing yours. You need to do some grounding. Get to the beach, a park, somewhere out in nature where the beauty and magnificence of nature will captivate and amaze you. Where you can cry, scream, and say out loud your problems, your woes, your “why me’s” and just release it. When you leave, when you get home, you will feel drained. Shower and get in the bed and sleep. When you wake up, get on your knees and pray then go to your mirror and speak positively to yourself. look into your own eyes. See her. Love her. Value her. Appreciate her. Fill your cup. Sometimes we gotta break down a little to rebuild. Here for you fellow Wino. 🥂
