Wow, so sorry to see this. I didn’t see much of them but from what I did see, I do believe he truly loved Chrisean. Likely his first true love. I hope Chrisean can give his family peace and confirm for their own minds and hearts, if her child is or is not their kin. It’s only right. Sending love and condolences.

Ladyloverain inspired me to use my cute Tupperware containers for the fruit portion of my lunch today. Purchased back when I use to shop at Target (lol). Pineapples (good for digestion) and blueberries (good for heart health - magnesium and vitamin k). I do love all things health and wellness. Loving this journey we are on together.
