Yessss and thank you for sharing! So the stress part is tricky. A hot drink usually helps dull that need to snack and gives you a soothing comfort and even a fuller feeling. I like to eat before bed for that full restful feeling but I’ve been able to curb it by having tea at night. I have all kinds of tea and never drink them but I have my honey and lemon and I just sip and watch my shoes until they watch me. That helps. Also, I just make it a point to have a healthy snack to snack on. Like how you had the fruit that was perfect. But I also try to keep things handy that I can bindge on that aren’t too bad. Like a trail mix that doesn’t have candy or chocolate in it, nut pack. Walnuts, almonds, cashews. The kind that you buy for like $1.79 at 7-11 but you can get a big box for at Costco or Sam’s Club. After you eat about 3 packs the crave will be gone lol. Also lots of water helps. I have sooooo many other suggestions. Happy to continue to share. Oh fruit snacks but the real fruit kind. But that’s for after the fast in the maintenance phase. Lifestyle changes create long term results. Cheers! 🍷🍷
