In California in San Bernardino county in general (so Fontana , Rialto , sb , etc) there is a program called the Keys program . If you are able to get to one of those cities go to the county building (the dpss office https://wp.sbcounty.gov/tad/) sign up for the emergency homeless program , get the emergency ebt and cash aid , and sign up for the keys program . The homeless program will put you and the kids in a hotel for a couple weeks . The keys program will help you locate housing . They will pay the security deposit first months and other move in fees as well as pay for the furniture needed in the home . I know because I’ve used them before in the past so this isn’t some google info this is real . I’ve lived all over America so wherever you are I probably have a plug and info . Except Texas ! Don’t go to Texas ! It’s cheap but they assistance programs are pretty much non existent . Texas don’t help with shit 😂

Miss Tasha K I’m originally from California as well but I’m in the leasing and property management industry . You telling her to relocate is the best and only way she will find housing. In Nevada they have the largest population of “second chance communities” . That’s what she needs is a second chance community . The city of Las Vegas has a second chance employment program also that helps individuals get housing and employment. Second chance communities accept tenants that have prior evictions no matter how recent they are . Her deposit may be higher but there is programs in Las Vegas that will be the deposit for her as well ( https://files.lasvegasnevada.gov) . Specifically this complex called Dessert Palms located on 5750 boulder hwy Las Vegas Nevada 89122 . She can also live in any siegel suites they are fully furnished and accept payments weekly , biweekly as well as monthly . They have up to 3 bedroom options in Nevada and they function like a regular apartment minus the credit and background check and the deposit is only 100. It includes wifi and cable and again it’s fully furnished so she won’t have to worry about getting furniture . If there’s any other way I can help please let me know 🙏🏾 I remember when I was homeless earlier this year and a bit last year . Just keep going there’s always options and resolutions .
