TASHA!!! I started day one and the only thing Im pouting about is I want sugar (not fruit) and I cant have it...and my *ss don't need it!! Also making sure I stop eating by 6! What would you suggest for morning acid issues on an empty stomach? The later times may be hard. Any suggestions!?

Yes...there is an app actually. I downloaded it on the TV and logged in on my browser...depends on the smart TV
