Fasting definitely works Tasha K. I have lost 90lbs doing Keto and Intermittent Fasting. When I first found out I had Diabetes, I ended up being blind for two months. I was so miserable and was determined to make a change. She has got to lose the weight. My Diabetes is now reversed and I FEEL GOODT!
