Hey winos! Just wanted to give yall an update since I last posted in here. I am thankful to say that I finally closed on my home!! It was definitely a journey! I was definitely in panic mode when I got on here asking for help 😂😅 I appreciate the kind thoughts and prayers that you guys gave me. I can honestly say that through all of the extensions I had to put into getting into my new place. It was all worth it! God was preparing me for this, if I would’ve gotten help, I may not have appreciated it as much. But, I can finally say I did it! I gave my son and myself a place we can call our own! 🥰🙌🏾

Hey winos,

I removed my post because I wasn’t aware that it was coming off as scammish or like I was begging for money. That was not the case at all. I’m just a first time homebuyer who really just wants to get this process done as smoothly as possible. I’ll explain more, because I don’t want anyone to feel like I’m trying to scam or come up.

I was able to use my VA loan to purchase myself a house in Vegas. I currently live in California with my family. When I put in the offer for the house it got accepted immediately, sign here, sign here, sign here. All of these docusigns I’m signing while driving back to Cali. Not blaming anyone but myself for not reading everything properly. I deposited my 1st half of earnest money that same day. $2,850. My realtor called me the next week and asked when I would be paying the 2nd half. I told her I wouldn’t have it by the time they were expecting it. She said okay cool, no worries. Pushed it back some more. So, I’ve just been doing everything I can in order to not have to push that date back again. My walkthrough is next Monday and my closing date is on the 25th. I’m not really trying to push my closing date any farther away due to school starting the following week for my son. Luckily, I receive all of my earnest money back at closing. Legally, it can’t be a loan. But, I am willing to pay the money back just for helping me.

I’m just excited for a fresh start for my son and I, everything has been working with God’s timing so far. God gonna work everything out 🙏🏾

But, if you want to help me out or if you need anymore info, I’m willing to provide documents or whatever. Just felt the need to at least see if anyone was willing to help. If not, I completely understand. We’re all out here trying to make it in this economy. $kizzykam

Much love, Kam
