I've been taking it for 3 months now and it do not fill to the top of the rubber bulb. I only take it in the morning at 5 am and drink water and coffee until I eat dinner about 5ish. I put mines under the tongue. Tasha says she put hers in a bottle of water. But maybe someone else does it a different way. Hopefully this helps.... 🫶🫶🫶🫶
