***SMOKE FREE***

After smoking for over God knows how long (since my late teens) I made the final decision on Sunday to QUIT!! I've tried MANY times over the years but I just couldn't kick the habit. To be honest....I enjoyed it.

Oh...but early last Sunday morning, I started my fast and I put the 7 day patch on. I have NOT smoked nor have I had the desire to. Well, I may have heard a small whisper but I prayed and kept it moving. I'm FIVE DAYS SMOKE FREE.

Yayyy... ME!!

I know it's a life long journey. However, TODAY, I feel GREAT! Let's talk about the money I'm going to save. What?? I was up a pack a day. But...God!

I'm just so proud of myself. I'm going to keep on fasting, praying and spending time in the Word. God told me that was the only way I would be able to Quit.

Keep a sistah lifted.

When are the next episodes of these TV shows coming out? Man....they are too good. That Complicated ATL has me waiting. All of them actually. Is there a schedule? I keep checking. Tasha K
