I've been on a journey that led to lifestyle changes and weight loss. Mentally the journey has happened gradually over a year. I started taking action the beginning of March 2026. I started at 217lb and I am currently at 189. People ask me what Im doing all the time and its been on my heart to share with everyone my journey. The truth is its not a perfect journey, I have struggles along the way, but I try to stay consistent and I have ways to hold myself accountable. Im interested in starting an online presence but Im hesitant because 1. Im technologically challenged and 2. Im shy. I would love any advice you may have. Thank you!
