I'm shocked at how difficult it was to be seen for medical attention. I can understand how victims get discouraged. So sad this happened to her.

Tasha u are right about the guy with "mental illness". My cousin is schizophrenic and he shot a cop and also was shot by that same cop in MD. They wanted him under the jail even after finding out his condition. My family finally got him in a hospital but had he been white wine...no sympathy or empathy was shown for my cousin.
