Kenbri03 I think you are right. My hubby said a few times the rice could be a bit drier. And I said, it’s sticky rice… it’s suppose to be wet and sticky. I will make the rice drier and see if it helps.

I use the bamboo mat or the sushi roller mold. I like them both, but on both my sushi comes out “almost there” but not “100%” . Taste is great, but my execution needs work. Family keeps asking for it so I will be forced to get better.

I love your wrap. I know how to do it that way too but it doesn’t come out neat like yours. How much rice do you use? I use1/2 cup. Do you wet your nori befor wrap ? I do, but only the edges. I feel that is where I mess up, wetting the edges and the rice.
