Soap Box: We wanted Pizza tonight…! I learned about Europe’s NOVA food grading system. I was like…… Throw away the whole house….. Even things we though were healthy was a nah….. Flavored Rice Cakes, Crystal Light pkgs to flavor your water (juice😂🤣), Vegeterian Burger Pattie, Stevia, Almond Milk….!!!! Like For Real….!!!! . I’m spreading the word. NOVA is so simple to understand. The USA’s food pyramid is a whole lie…!
