TK I’m waiting for you to put up the schedule for the 14 day detox but I heard you say the other night that the last three days is going to be a all water fast. Why do you change the detox every year? I absolutely love the first one. I actually just got finished doing the first one I finished last night, but I am still going to jump in with y’all and do it again on the first but three days of no food is really intense

I always hear about Tasha being at one another platform called Spaces, what is that? Is it a app I have to download? How do I get on spaces?

TK I’m never getting notifications anymore when you go live. I used to get them all the time through my email but I don’t anymore. I have to keep checking the app on the days. I know you normally go live so how can I start getting notifications again because I’ve been missing the zooms as well. I didn’t miss the New Year’s Eve zone with y’all because you told us you was going to be on there so I knew to go to the app at a certain time.
