I’m supposed to go to a Super Bowl party today. I’ve been dreading it because of all the temptation and this group of friends know how to party. I’ve been struggling with high protein vegan dinner ideas. The kids are picky so some days I’ve had to make their meals separate which I was prepared for. My husband and mom are one foot in one out lol. My sweet tooth is on fire 🔥 but I noticed grapefruit and other citrus fruits calms that down. For some odd reason I was really bloated all last week. Maybe it was water retention? Looking forward to seeing if it changes this week. My mind is clear and my skin is so clear, that my daughter asked if I had make up on.

This next week will not be easy, but I knew what I was getting into. Please share healthy dessert and dinner recipes with me🫶🏽
